Hey, my name is Si Ju but you can call me CJ! Music has been my biggest love since I was six, when I first started playing piano. Later, I taught myself acoustic guitar during my junior year in high school, jumped into musicals, and since 2012, I’ve been holding down the low end as a bassist in a band.

Somewhere along the way, I realized I didn’t just want to play music — I wanted to wear it. That’s how BASSIQ was born: a brand for people who live and breathe music, and want to show it off loud and proud.

Whether you’re DJing a house party, blasting playlists in your car, or jamming alone in your room pretending you're at a festival — I wanted to create gear that feels like you.
